To access certain features of the site (such as reading purchased books, taking quizzes, or using simulators), you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
All financial transactions made in connection with the purchase of digital goods are processed by our designated Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. By making a purchase, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service and privacy policy. We do not directly store or process your credit card information. Lemon Squeezy handles all applicable taxes (such as VAT) and payment processing on our behalf.
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products (including e-books) are final. Under consumer protection laws in the EU and other jurisdictions, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, by purchasing and downloading/accessing our digital content immediately, you explicitly waive this right of withdrawal. Refunds will only be granted in exceptional cases where the digital content is proven to be technically defective.
All content on fsiis.org, including but not limited to text, e-books, graphics, interactive simulators, software architecture, and quizzes, is the intellectual property of fsiis.org and its respective creators or licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit permission.
Our platform may allow you to post comments or submit quiz answers. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and moderate that content on our platform. You agree not to post any content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes on the rights of others.
Our website and digital products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, fsiis.org shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the purchase of our products.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.
